hello! i'm (s)lain / Lainey and welcome to my website! I go by she/her or they/them pronouns. On this site, I may share my thoughts, experiences, art, music, and even maybe reviews on my favorite movies.
I created The Lair not only as a safe space to express myself (without the pressures of social media), but also as a time-capsule to look back on. The internet really IS forever, and if I get in a terrible accident, at least someone will find this and think of me, or something. I initially planned to abandon finishing this dumb little site but unfortunately i've grown fond of it now. My janky little baby.
